La mission :

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading international network of service organizations specializing in Audit, Tax, and Advisory, with a strong presence in Romania and a commitment to delivering multidisciplinary services based on deep industry knowledge. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join this organization.





Responsibilities

* Actively prospect for new clients
* Actively engage client portfolio for new projects
* Monitor changes in market and accounts to spot opportunities
* Build relationships with prospected accounts to grow trust
* Proactively propose solutions to prospects and clients based on opportunity or as part of an organized campaign
* Support with professional sales approach and competences proposal pitching and offer preparation
* Properly document in CRM or other platforms details about accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities
* Prepare reports aligned with business development activities



Requirements

* Sales professional with previous business development or account management sales experience (B2B) in working with large companies (top 1000 companies), service sales experience preferred
* At least 7-10 years of experience in selling high-value services or solutions to top executives
* Creative and communicative person, with the ability to adapt to fast changes and improvise solutions
* Advanced level skills in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
* Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English and Romanian
* Attention to detail and the ability to perform multitasking
* Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
