La mission :

In the name of a top human resources company in Romania, we are recruiting an Industrialization Manager for a leading organization in Romania.





Responsibilities

* Planning and implementing the production concept according to the project's, client's, and current automotive standards' requirements.
* Active participation in the project and reporting on the status of activities both on the project line and on the management line.
* Feasibility and risk analyses (FMEA) and preparation of documentation for existing and new projects.
* Negotiating with internal and external suppliers regarding technology and specifications.
* Performance analyses (R@R) and process transfers, identifying deviations and corrective measures.
* Recognising, adapting, and implementing innovations through alternative concepts in a proactive manner.
* Planning, monitoring, and optimising production capacities on the implemented production lines.





Requirements

* Higher education in a technical field
* Relevant experience in planning and implementing production processes
* Solid knowledge in the use of production equipment and technologies
* Familiarity with tools from the automotive industry (R@R, FMEA, 5WHY)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is an advantage
* Advanced level of English
* Availability for travel
* Proactive person, focused on continuous improvement, with analytical thinking and synthesis skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to actively contribute to process optimization and effective problem-solving
