La mission :

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global info-logistics provider. We are looking for a Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join this organization.





Responsibilities

* Lead business development activities within the assigned field of responsibility, ensuring consistent commercial growth.
* Guide and support the sales team by monitoring performance, providing direction, and challenging them to achieve targets.
* Manage your own portfolio of BD initiatives, identifying and converting new opportunities.
* Develop and optimize trade lanes and market routes to strengthen our competitive position.
* Oversee relationships with global agents for the assigned markets and ensure seamless cooperation.
* Represent the company externally in front of partners, clients, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth operational and commercial alignment.
* Build and grow long-term client relationships, transforming opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
* Execute sales plans to meet both individual and team objectives.
* Negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Travel extensively to engage directly with clients and partners.



Requirements

* Logistics industry experience - You understand the transport & logistics sector and can operate confidently within its operational and commercial dynamics.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Language skills - Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
* Tech proficiency - Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
* Driving license - A valid category B license and the ability to travel frequently are required.
