Le profil :

Position Summary:
As a Data Analyst Apprentice at TESTAMORA 1, you will dive into real datasets and contribute to meaningful analyses while steadily building your professional expertise. Throughout this 12-month earn-and-learn program, you will complete 2,000 hours of structured experience, spending four days per week embedded with the team and one flexible day dedicated to formal training. You?ll support the business with dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights, gaining hands-on practice with modern analytical tools and methods. Guided by experienced professionals, you?ll progressively take on more responsibility, transforming raw data into clear stories that inform decisions. Upon successful completion, you will earn a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion, demonstrating your readiness for a data analyst career.

Salary range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical approaches.
- Document methods, assumptions, and findings to create reusable analyses and knowledge for the team.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
- Ability to commit to the full 12-month program (2,000 hours).
- Professional communication in English (written and verbal).

Technical Knowledge & Skills :
- Fundamental knowledge of data analysis concepts (descriptive statistics, correlations, basic hypothesis testing).
- Experience with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) for cleaning and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with SQL or another query language to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Basic experience with data visualization tools or libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with a desire to understand ?why? behind the data.
- Attention to detail and a careful approach to checking work for errors and inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage time and stay organized while balancing on-the-job tasks with training commitments.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn from mentors, teammates, and structured coursework.
